- Membership Fees: All membership fees are non-refundable once processed, unless otherwise stated during promotional offers or onboarding.
- Event Bookings: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled event may be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
- Merchandise & Services: Refunds for physical products or services will be considered if requested within 7 days of purchase and the item is unused and in original condition.
- Digital Products: All sales of digital content (e.g., e-tickets, downloads) are final and non-refundable.
