At Century Club, we strive to provide exceptional experiences and services to all our members and guests. If you are not satisfied with a purchase or booking made through our website, please review our refund guidelines below:

  • Membership Fees: All membership fees are non-refundable once processed, unless otherwise stated during promotional offers or onboarding.
  • Event Bookings: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled event may be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
  • Merchandise & Services: Refunds for physical products or services will be considered if requested within 7 days of purchase and the item is unused and in original condition.
  • Digital Products: All sales of digital content (e.g., e-tickets, downloads) are final and non-refundable.
